P. metallica
Hi Howard,
I got my P. metallica from Ray about a year ago when he was about 1cm long. He's going out on loan in the week but if anyone else has females who would like the use of him they are more than welcome. He matured on the 2nd January 2007 and is the liveliest spider you could wish to see. I also have a male P. miranda for loan and my male P. ornata is for loan as well.
Although P. metallica are not my favorite species (Pterinochilus murinus are totally cute and S. calceatum just as beautiful as P. metallica or A. versicolor) he is my first spider along with my A. metallica I got from Ray on the same day and male or female he is special. Shame male Poecilotherias don't live that long though (about a year after maturing).
