feel so much better reading this my 8 seems like nothing in comparison to everyone else the plans for spider rooms and shelves for Ts however is making me think a total refit in my living room is in order just so i can fit more in some pretty ornamentals seem like a plan purely for decoration to the house you understand instead something pointless like a vase or a cushion it is purely for finishing touches to make the room pretty

Now you're thinking along the right lines!
I looked at the shelf full of DVD's, asked my wife how often we actually get one of them down to watch (once a month maybe)... Just wasting space there then - threw them into a cupboard and now 8 of my T's are on that shelf

i bought a unit to display mine on and then i got extra shelve so i could get geckos which hubby hates with a passion says there creepy things but seen as he said i can have another baby i think its only fair i dont get the geckos i can get more spiders instead and i have a shelve just sitting empty begging to be filled it would be a waste of money on a shelve if i didnt add something to it really maybe a nice male fireleg to go with my female and the red knee i really like and that pink zebra leg because well if i order from tss might as well get more for same postage and i do like the ornamentals and a sling wont take much room so i could have a couple them hehehe

LOL Lee I did exactly the same thing. I asked them to put my two orders together and use the postage cost left over for a Fringed ornamental **ooooopsy**

Asmaa, I had planned to get a display case, but I think its gone a bit too far for me to find one to fit them all in . !!

Incidentally... I was just rehousing my P.striata into a better enclosure and she launched herself at me. Ooooft she's a fast one. I actually let out a shriek like a big woos and scared the living daylights out of the cat and my other half. **calms self down by browsing TSS**

remind me to wear riot gear next time..... So awaiting a thaw I will have delivered a Gooty ornamental, a salmon pink birdeater, a Fringed ornamental and an Indigo tree spider and a Green Bottle Blue

That brings me up to 12 ...... I dont like the number 12.......so I may get more

          Any suggestions??

Earlier this morning the heater in our living room blew up, resulting in the temperatue dropping. We rushed out and bought a new, better, more effective heater. When I got back I made sure everyone was ok a low and behold.....my Brazilian Black is on its back ready to moult. So as we speak....I am sat on the floor with a cup of tea....and a bag of popcorn... watching it happen !!! I've never got to witness it before. I'll put up some pics later :O) i'm totally hooked

I'd love to order some more but sadly spent all of my Tax rebate on TSS n out of funds and fast running out of space

Nearly got a Togo gimp as freebie when I bought the Brazilian black pair (also GIMPS) but luckily they decided to send me an extra emporer scorpion instead not quite ready for a baboon yet but will eventually have to get one
